The FORTUNE Most Powerful Women (MPW) Summit is the world's most extraordinary leadership community for women, convening preeminent female leaders in business, along with government, philanthropy, education and the arts, for wide-ranging conversations.

Each year, FORTUNE hosts a group of rising star women during the Summit for a speed dating-style mentoring experience. This year, FORTUNE will host recent veterans who live in Southern California and are transitioning into the private sector. The program will emphasize network building, exposure to opportunities, and advice on transferring skills learned while on active duty.
