Niagara Roller Girls Vendor Agreement
Each vendor spot is a 10' x 10' area in which you can place your own table. If you require a table, an additional cost of $10 will be added.

Set-up and tear down will be the 1 hour preceding the game, and no sooner than half-time of the last game.

I understand that A non-refundable deposit of $15 must be paid by no later than 3 weeks prior to the game date, or I could lose my spot. Any vendor cancellations 2 weeks prior to the game date will be subject to an additional $5 administration fee per spot. Any difference will be refunded by cheque mailed to the address provided in your submission. There is NO refund for cancellations 1 week prior to the game.arrival *
