Call for Volunteers: 2018 Spring Technical Symposium
Hello CIE friends and members! Please fill out this form if you or your family member(s) are interested in helping out at the following event. Please register only one volunteering person per form. Volunteering is on a first come, first serve basis. You will be notified if you have been selected to volunteer by March 31, 2018. The theme this year is “Advances in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and their Applications.”

CIE/IEEE/SMU Spring Technical Symposium on Saturday April 7th 2018, 12:30PM-6:00PM, at Southern Methodist University (SMU)
Presented by Chinese Institute of Engineers/USA Dallas-Forth Worth Chapter, the purpose of this event is to provide local professionals and corporations a forum to:

- Exchange ideas among interested professionals, researchers, and students
- Share technology information
- Promote technology networking and collaboration
- Enhance public knowledge on technology and science
- Provide leadership development opportunity for CIE members through organizing this event with other institutions

The CIE-­DFW Chapter was established in 1989 and registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 1992. As part of our mission to create long-lasting impact in our technical communities, CIE-­DFW Chapter hosts technical symposium annually. CIE­-DFW Technical Symposium invites industrial and academic experts and leaders to present and share their knowledge, expertise and experience. The event also provides social hours to promote technology networking and collaboration. Each year, CIE-DFW Technical Symposium attracts hundreds of attendees across the DFW area and also dozens of volunteers from local high schools and universities.

CIE-DFW Chapter is honored to co-host this event with IEEE Dallas Section and Southern Methodist University (SMU).
