School Retool Fellowship Submission: SFUSD Middle Grades Redesign Cohort
This School Retool fellowship is an exclusive professional development program designed for all middle school and K-8 principals and assistant principals in the San Francisco Unified School District.

This professional development series is designed for public school leaders in SFUSD who have been charged with changing the status quo of middle grades public education through the Middle Grades Redesign Initiative. We assume all participants are passionate about increasing access to Deeper Learning for all students, are willing and ready to try out a new, immersive learning experience, and are committed to fully participating in the work of the fellowship. This fellowship is paid for by SFUSD and therefore free to all participants.

As a School Retool cohort member, you will engage in:
- 4 full-day School Retool workshops at a central location on:
- Friday, September 15 (at the d.school, Stanford University)

- 1 full-day to shadow a student in your school between Friday, September 15, 2017 and Friday, October 6, 2017
- Approximately 1-4 hours per week of other School Retool activities, hacks, and coaching between workshops
