Cześć! Dziękujemy za chęć współtworzenia larpa OldTown jako frakcja! Ten formularz pomoże nam wspólnie dopracować Wasz udział w festiwalu jako zorganizowanej grupy. Zanim przejdziemy dalej, krótkie przypomnienie założeń dla frakcji obecnych na larpie:

- Frakcja to minimum pięciu graczy, których postacie łączy wspólna fabuła.
- Każda frakcja przynależy do jednego z Konglomeratów (Dzielnic).
- Każda frakcja posiada fizyczną, fabularną siedzibę - lokację in-game, zbudowaną w porozumieniu ze swoim Konglomeratem.
- Jako frakcja macie możliwość współtworzenia fabuły larpa OldTown 2021 poprzez tworzenie questów dla innych graczy.

Co otrzymacie po zaakceptowaniu jako frakcja?
- teren pod zabudowę waszej lokacji in-game
- bezpośredni dostęp Waszego Koordynatora do kontaktu z organizatorami OT: przez grupę na Facebooku i/lub serwer Discord, gdzie publikowane będą wszystkie ważne dla grupy informacje, harmonogramy
- dostęp do możliwości zakupów materiałów budowlanych (np. drewna)
- bezpłatne podłączenie się do sieci elektrycznej w swojej Dzielnicy

Jakie będą Wasze obowiązki jako frakcji?
- współpraca z Koordynatorem Konglomeratu, w którym będziecie
- współpraca z organizatorem OT, który z naszej strony będzie koordynował Wasz Konglomerat
- dopilnowanie, by po festiwalu teren, który zajmowaliście, został uprzątnięty

Ostateczny termin zgłaszania frakcji mija 28 marca 2021.

Hi, thank you for your willingness to contribute to the OldTown LARP as a faction! This form will help us work together to fine-tune your participation in the festival as an organised group. Before we move on, here’s a brief reminder of the rules for the factions present at the LARP:

- A faction consist of at least five players, whose characters share a common story
- Every faction belongs to one of the Conglomerates (Districts)
- Each faction has a physical headquarters - an in-game location built in cooperation with its Conglomerate.
- As a faction you are able to co-create the plot of OldTown 2021 LARP through creating quests for other players.


What will you get after getting accepted as a faction?
- a site for building your in-game location
- direct access to your Coordinator for contacting OT organisers: via Facebook group and/or Discord server, where all important information and timetables will be posted
- access to buying building materials (e.g. timber)
- free access to electricity in your District

What will be your responsibilities as a Faction?
- cooperation with the coordinator of a Conglomerate you’re in
- cooperation with the OT organiser, who will coordinate the Conglomerate from our side
- ensuring that the area you have occupied is cleaned up after the festival
 
Final date of applying as a faction expires on March 28 2021.

Do którego konglomeratu przynależy frakcja? // What conglomerate is the faction in? *
Jeśli jeszcze do żadnego, to do którego/ych chcielibyście przynależeć? Nie obiecujemy, że dostaniecie się do konglomeratu stworzonego i prowadzonego przez graczy, ale skontaktujemy się z nimi w celu sprawdzenia, czy mają wolne miejsca dla frakcji! Oferujemy również miejsce w konglomeratach prowadzonych przez naszą organizację, czyli Starówka (miejscowi) i Strefa Przejściowa (przyjezdni). Jeśli chcecie dołączyć do Dziury uprzedzamy, że gra i warunki obozowania w niej będą trudniejsze niż w miasteczku (np. brak dostępu do bliskiego punktu gastro lub dużych ilości wody) oraz, że związku z ograniczoną ilością miejsca w tej lokacji, organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie możliwość wyboru frakcji, które otrzymają miejsce w Dziurze - na podstawie tego formularza.    //    If to none yet, to which one would You like to belong? We can’t promise you will be accepted by the conglomerate created and led by players, but we will contact them to check if they have space for your faction! We also offer a spot in conglomerates led by our organisation: Old town (locals) and the Transition Zone (visitors). If You want to join the Hole, we warn you that the playing and camping conditions there will be more difficult than in the town (e.g. no nearby gastro-point nor large amounts of water) and because of space limitations in the Hole the organisers reserve the right to choose the factions that will be given spots. The choice will be based on this form.
