All pilots requesting permission to fly into the Wild Billy airstrip must first read the Safety Briefing and complete this liability release form before being given permission to use the airstrip. The completion of this form is only required once but we require all pilots to request permission for each subsequent visit. See the Safety Briefing or our website Contact page for permission contact information. This is an unmaintained airstrip and actual conditions may vary from the information given in the Safety Briefing. It is the pilots responsibility to verify the accuracy of this information and the condition of the airstrip prior to arrival.

The User named below, in consideration of permission being granted by Wild Billy Lake, LLC to use the Wild Billy Airstrip, agrees to the following:

The User forever releases Wild Billy Lake, LLC from every liability arising out of the User's use of the Wild Billy Airstrip. The User shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by the User, the User's guests, agents, or representatives. Use of the Wild Billy Airstrip is at the User's own risk, and User shall hold Wild Billy Lake, LLC, its members, employees, representatives, and agents harmless from any and all loss, cost, claim, injury, damage, and all liability, sustained or incurred by any person as a result of the User's operation of an aircraft on or about the Wild Billy Airstrip. Wild Billy Lake, LLC shall not be responsible or liable to User, the User's guests, agents, or representatives for loss or damage to any of the User's property, including the User's aircraft and its contents.
