Are you a creative business, author, filmmaker, photographer, or arts organization ready to connect with Columbus’ vibrant creative community? Join us as a vendor and share your work with hundreds of artists, families, and industry leaders.

Why are we asking for this information? We want to make sure we have a variety of vendors so that your brand can stand out. After submitting this form, we will respond within two business days. If approved, we will send an invoice to your email with payment instructions and event details. Vendor Fee: Non-Profit and For-Profit fees based on One- ($100)  or Two Day- ($150) participation.  (Please note- one business can be represented per table) Please initial below that you confirm *
