Field Trip Hours

Field trips are available weekdays from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

Each group receives approximately 2 hours on the farm. To ensure your group receives the full experience, please arrive at your scheduled time. The latest arrival time is 10:00 AM.

All groups must depart by 12:30 PM.
No exceptions.

Pricing
  • Field Trip Admission: $13 per student
  • No Face Painting Discount: Receive $1 off per student when your group chooses not to include face painting.
  • Snow Cone Add-On: $3 per student for a 4 oz. snow cone
Parent Admission

Parents and chaperones who wish to participate in the field trip may attend for $5 per person. Teachers/Aids/school bus drivers are free during field trip. 

Siblings are welcome but must pay the same field trip price as the group they come with. 

Exact cash appreciated. Cash only to ensure groups get in quickly and parents can enjoy their time during the field trip.

Important Information
  • Depending on your group size and selected date, there may be other schools visiting the farm during your field trip.
  • To help minimize crowds, arrival times are staggered and groups may begin activities on different sides of the farm.
  • Fully booked dates will be listed below and updated as reservations are confirmed.

Field Trip Reservation & Cancellation Policy

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I am an authorized representative of my school or organization and understand that a $150 fee will be charged for any field trip cancellation made with less than 12 hours' notice or for any no-show on the scheduled field trip date. I agree to these terms and understand that Cherry Acres reserves the right to invoice the school or organization for applicable fees.
