o Isaac’s Fundraising Coordinator reviews Grab & Go Fundraising applications each Friday morning.
o You will be notified by phone or email when we have reviewed your application.
o You must complete the entire application form including your 501(c)(3) form or W-9 Form BEFORE we can schedule your fundraiser.

YOU MUST SUBMIT TAX DOCUMENTATION BEFORE WE CAN SCHEDULE YOUR FUNDRAISER.

Need to complete a W-9 form? Complete your W-9 here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf.

You will be able to email it to fundraising@isaacsrestaurants.com upon completion directly from the IRS website.
