2026 Ashmont Holiday Market Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 11th annual Ashmont Holiday Market! Greater Ashmont Main Street (GAMS) is proud to showcase local artisans, makers, and small businesses while celebrating the holiday season and supporting a vibrant local economy right here in Dorchester.

Please complete the application below to be considered for a vendor space at our Ashmont Holiday Market on "Small Business Saturday," November 28, 2026, from 3:00–7:00 PM. The market will take place at the Parish of All Saints (209 Ashmont Street), just one block from Ashmont Station. This beautiful historic venue offers free vendor parking, ADA accessibility, multiple restrooms, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Vendor Fee: $35

The Holiday Market concludes just before Greater Ashmont Main Street's 31st annual Tree Lighting Ceremony in Ashmont Plaza, drawing neighbors together for one of Dorchester's favorite holiday traditions.

Eligibility

The Ashmont Holiday Market showcases local artisans, makers, and small businesses while celebrating the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of our community. Vendors from throughout Greater Boston are welcome to apply; however, preference will be given to businesses located in Dorchester. Vendors will be selected based on the quality and originality of their products, with the goal of creating a diverse and engaging shopping experience. We do not accept applications from national corporations or direct sales/multi-level marketing companies (such as Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware, or similar organizations).

The vendor fee is $35. Vendors may rent a 10-foot or 6-foot table for an additional $15. Greater Ashmont Main Street staff will handle the setup and breakdown of all rental equipment. Payment is due upon acceptance and must be received within two weeks of your confirmation email to reserve your space.

Rules & Policies
  • Vendors must arrive between 1:00–2:00 PM to set up and be ready for the Holiday Market opening at 3:00 PM. Vendors are expected to remain for the duration of the market until 7:00 PM. Breakdown may begin only after the market closes, and all vendors must vacate the venue by 8:00 PM, leaving their space clean and disposing of all trash.
  • Each vendor space includes one 6' × 6' footprint unless otherwise negotiated. Vendors may bring their own table or rent a 6-foot table from Greater Ashmont Main Street. Booth locations will be assigned by the Market Manager. Tents are not permitted indoors. If you require additional space or plan to bring extra furniture or display fixtures, please note this in your application.
  • Free vendor parking is available in the parking lot at the Parish of All Saints (209 Ashmont Street, Dorchester, MA 02124).
  • All confirmed vendors are expected to help promote the Ashmont Holiday Market through their social media channels, email newsletters, or other communications with their customers. We'll provide promotional graphics and event information to make sharing easy.
