My passion is helping pregnant and postpartum athletes build long term strength, function, and performance by working with you to find individualized strategies that account for your unique considerations during this season.

During this FREE 15 minute call, I’d love to learn more about you, what your goals are, what questions you have, any concerns, and ultimately see if I would be the right person to help you navigate this chapter of athleticism.

I am committed to helping and empowering you to be confident during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond- whether that’s general considerations, programming modifications, managing Diastasis Recti, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pain, and everything in between.
