Parent Carers' PATHWAYS Advisory Group Application Form
The Parent Carer's PATHWAYS Advisory Group is for parent carers of children and young people with lived experience of gender diversity. This could include: being transgender; being gender questioning; identifying, or previously having identified, as non-binary; identifying, or previously having identified, as transgender; having transitioned or de-transitioned.

This advisory group is being formed as part of the PATHWAYS study, which aims to find out how the NHS can best support children and young people attending gender services. The National Children's Bureau will facilitate this advisory group in collaboration with Kings College London

The responses to this form are confidential and will only be read by the team running the advisory group. Once the recruitment phase is over, all responses will be deleted. Information about the membership of the advisory group will not be made public. Please read our Privacy Statement, to understand more about how we collect and manage your data.
