Locker Request 2023-2024
Please fill out this Google form if you would like a locker and we will email you your locker information to your school email address. It helps to walk your schedule for a day or so first to know where you'd like your locker to be. Once you know where you'd like your locker to be, please fill out all of the information below.

IMPORTANT: You will keep this locker until you graduate, so make sure you save the combination and locker number.
