Please complete this form to nominate a former Mansfield High School student-athlete for the All Sports Hall of Fame. To be eligible, nominees should have graduated at least 10 years ago and participated in their nominated varsity sport during their junior and senior years. Any supporting information you can provide would be very helpful to the Hall of Fame Committee. Once an alumnus is nominated, they will remain on our list for future consideration.
