Homestay duties include:* Hosting at least two members of the Glee Club* Providing each member with a bed / mattress to sleep on (not necessarily separate beds, two members can share a full or queen bed)* Providing transportation to and from concerts / meeting places
It is expected that homestays will provide some sort of breakfast for Clubbers. Any and all food is rarely turned down if offered :)
PLEASE NOTE that you will not need to drive/pick up from the Chapel, which is quite south and far from town. Our pick up/drop off spot is our hotel - the Fairmont at Millennium Park - which should be more convenient for you all. The only exception is if you go to the concert (which we hope you will), you can take Clubbers home straight from there.
Tentative homestay host schedule:
May 16th: 8:00 pm: Pick up members from hotel (next to Millennium Park, not where our concert is)May 17th: Up to 1:30 pm: Drop members off at hotel (earlier if you need to, whatever works with your schedule)May 17th: 9:30 pm: Pick up members after concert (Rockefeller Memorial Chapel - 5850 S Woodlawn AveChicago, IL 60637) or at hotel if you're not able to make the concertMay 18th: Drop members off at hotel (whatever works with your schedule, check-in time is 3pm)
