- Teams (2 students) compete in a Triviador-style medical conquest
- Answer pathophysiology questions to conquer territories on the map
- The more correct answers, the more land you control!
- Battles between teams determine who advances and who gets overtaken
- Strategy matters – defend your regions or expand aggressively!
