At Resist, we hope to be accountable to the movement’s frontlines and learn from the communities and networks we have the privilege of working with. We believe that we can practice accountability by continually learning and iterating, and open feedback is the anchor to this process. Feedback is one of the greatest gifts we can receive as an organization. It helps us identify our growing edges, and it expands us by ensuring that our work is being influenced by more than our thinking.
We ask for feedback from all parts of Resist's ecosystem - people close to us, far from us, people who just met us, people who have known us for decades, past grantees and staff, present grantees and staff, new donors, old donors, etc. And then see what is the same and what differs from all these perspectives and gain valuable guidance on how to live in the future.
