Helping Vendors Set up (Unpacking boxes, setting up displays, etc.)

Helping Vendors Load/Unload Moving Items from Vehicles to Booth Spots (Must be able to lift 25lbs or more)

Announcing Speakers (Annoucing Speakers at start time, tally # of attendees in lecture, keep time for presenter)

Vendor Break Relief (Watch over booths for if a vendor has not helper and needs a bathroom break etc.)

Stuffing Swag Bags with Materials (Friday ONLY)

Monitor Photo Op Space (Check in to ensure lights and set up is working throughout the event)
