Please read the contest rules for each category below. 

Cooked Summer Sausage: MUST be fully cooked. Entries must be a whole stick, not cut or sliced. Entries may consist of Beef, Pork, Buffalo, Lamb, Veal, Poultry, or any combination of these. No colored or printed casings allowed.

Snack Sticks: May consist of Beef, Pork, Bison, Lamb, Veal, or Poultry. Skinless, clear or colored casings allowed. Product MUST be fully cooked. Traditional products allowed (no cheese, fruits or other visible inclusions). Entry must include 6 links.

Slab Bacon: Must be standard approved trim, skin on or off, not cut or sliced and weigh a minimum of 7 lbs.

MN Grown Cured and Smoked Sausage: MUST be fully cooked. May include visible inclusions. Entries must include at least 6 links or 1lb equivalent. Ingredients must be at least 80% Minnesota Grown.
