Time: 5pm - 8pm  Parade at 6pm
Where: Madisonville Riverfront - Tchefuncte River

Meet at the area by Salty’s Marina prior to 5:00pm.  This parade will follow the same route as the Krewe of Tchefuncte parade each year. 

Procession will begin promptly at 6 and travel down river to the Maritime Museum then circle back towards the bridge.  Upon reaching the bridge, half of the parade will stay on the south side, the other half will continue on to the north side with the lead boat centered near the bridge on the north side to be facing the stage area on the riverfront.  All will spread out evenly to the length of the riverfront on both sides and flotilla during a brief finale honoring Grand Marshall’s posthumus District Attorney Warren Montgomery and Mayor Peter Gitz.  The finale will last no longer than 15 minutes.  It will end with caroling and lighted candles by all on the riverfront.  At 8:00, or when finale ends whichever comes first, boats can either stay out in the river, proceed to the wall, or exit the area.  There are no throws in this parade.   This is a decorating contest as well so the emcee will announce your boat and your number As you pass through the bridge. Please have your number as large as possible posted on starboard side during the procession.  Winners in three size categories will receive a beautiful plaque for their boat and all will receive a boat flag.
