By accessing and using this Minecraft server (even without filling out this form), you agree to the following terms:

No Griefing: Do not intentionally destroy or alter other players' creations without their permission.
No Intentional Harassment: Do not engage in behavior intended to intimidate, annoy, or otherwise harass other players. This does not mean that PVP is banned, but if a player does not wish to engage in PVP, please respect their wishes.
No Stealing: Respect others' belongings. Do not take items from chests or structures that do not belong to you without permission.
No Intentional Server Mayhem: Refrain from actions that disrupt the server's functionality or negatively impact the gameplay experience of others.

Violation of these rules may result in being kicked from the server without warning. I will employ a 3-strike punishment system and more severe actions will have equal consequences. Understand that you are not entitled to 3 strikes and it is up to Admin or Operator discretion. Ban/kick appeals are available but unlikely.
