Please allow application processing time 5-7 days. Final space assignments will be provided the Thursday night (around 48 hours) before the Saturday event.
You will also receive detailed load in/out instructions as well as parking information. Please only enter the property during your assigned load-in window of time.
We are building a community of vendors and highlighting the LGBTQ community. You do not need to reapply each month. Vendors that do not participate for more than one month or there is a gap in attendance must reapply.
*We do not allow the sale or use of alcohol, tobacco or drugs on our event grounds.
As volunteers we carefully curate our events to ensure we are creating a positive environment for vendors and do not have multiple vendors selling the same items.
If you do not hear from us within the 5-7 days, please check your email spam folder.
You may also not hear from us for one or all of the following reasons:
-There are already various similar items/services/products like yours (e.g., too many candles, crystals, soaps...)
-You do not have a certificate of insurance for your food items
-Our allies spaces are full
