Please indicate the type of space needed. All options require a refundable $25 Space Reservation Fee.
Educational (FREE)- for non-profit organizations/persons NOT promoting/selling goods/services. Cost = FREE
Artist (FREE)- for organizations/persons promoting original artwork. Cost = FREE
Exhibitor ($25.00)- for organizations/persons promoting goods/services but NOT selling onsite. Cost = $25.00
Vendor ($40.00) - for organizations/persons promoting goods/services AND selling onsite. Cost = $40.00

Oceanfest 2019 Checklist

This application does not confirm your space. Confirmation requires the submission of this application and the Space Reservation Fee(s).As well as any other required documentation.
All applications, fees, and refundable Space Reservation Fees are due by October 9, 2019.
Spaces are 10' x 10' and include a tent (if required), one table and two chairs.
Electricity is NOT included. Please inquire if electricity is needed.
All spaces should be set up no later than 9:30 a.m. and broken down no earlier than 3:00 p.m.
Participants are asked to commit to the full duration of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Spaces need to be staffed for the entire event 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
Space Reservation Deposits will only be refunded to organizations which stay the duration of the event.
Participants may begin arriving at 8:00 a.m. to setup. Directions to event location will be provided prior to the event.
Spaces can be decorated but in the honor of being eco-friendly please do not use single-use plastics, glitter, confetti and absolutely NO balloons.

Maps of exhibit space locations and exhibitor/vendor information will be sent via email no later than November 1, 2019.
Once received, all applications will be reviewed for approval. Collection of Space Reservation Fees and space costs will only be collected if approved.
Volunteers will assist participants with space setup/ breakdown.
