As participants we are aware of the inherent risks surrounding COVID-19. As participants we will not attend games if we are not feeling well, we will notify Game On directly if we have been in contact with someone who is COVID-19 confirmed positive, and we will follow all Public Health guidelines if we have travelled outside of the country. We will also ensure that sneezing or coughing will be done directly into a tissue but if a tissue is not available then we will cough or sneeze into our elbow and not into our hands. Upon arriving at the beach courts we will sanitize our hands immediately, and will do so after each game, and will make every concerted effort to remain 6' in distance from our teammates or opponents. Hand-shaking, high-fives, or other forms of post-game, contact-based congratulations with teammates or opponents is prohibited. Wearing face masks indoors is mandatory but masks may be removed during play.

All registrants understand, and acknowledge, that they are entering into a legally binding contract and by submitting this form you are bound to our rules, regulations, and Code of Conduct.  All registration fees are due at the time of submitting your registration form. A registration is not complete until registration fees are submitted and an email acknowledgement of your registration form, and payment of fees, will be sent out within 72 hours of receipt.  Up until 2 weeks prior to the start of a league should you be unable to participate then you must notify Game On in writing and a full refund will be issued, less our administrative charge (please see "FAQs" section of our website). All registrations received less than 2 weeks from the start date of your registered league are only refundable as outlined in the "FAQS" section of our website.
