Cohn, author of the definitive work on tort law: The Great Hartford Circus Fire: Creative Resolution of Mass Disasters. The conversation will be moderated by Deborah Schandler, Connecticut State Librarian. The State Library houses the largest collection of Hartford Circus Fire memorabilia.
