Vendors may begin setting up on Saturday, April 6, 2019, from at 2:00 pm and setup will continue until 6:00 pm. Setup will then resume on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 8:00 am. Vendors MUST be setup and ready to go no later than 11:30 am on Sunday, April 7, 2019, to allow enough time to take photos/video and finalize everything prior to our guests entering into the venue. No vendor space shall be dismantled in any way prior to the closing time of the Bridal Expo. Bridal Expo hours are 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Exhibitor break-down will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
All booths must have an attendant during the show hours. All displays must be contained within the booth space. Vendors signing this agreement shall not sublet any part of the space without the prior written approval of show management.
Exhibitor booth space payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and any cancellation notices received will receive no refund of any payments made.
Liability and Lawful Operations:Totally Sound Entertainment, LLC, Alexander’s and any other sponsors of the show will assume no responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen property. Insurance on the Exhibitor’s property is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Electricity and use of flammable materials must conform to all local regulations. Firearms and other weaponry are not allowed. No gasoline engines will be allowed to operate without written approval from the Fire Marshall. If using any open flame, exhibitor must provide a non-expired and proper fire extinguisher/retardant. Any exhibitors selling or permitting the use of alcoholic beverages must provide their own licensing and proper permit(s). Exhibitor shall comply with all federal, state and municipal laws and administrative rules, including but not limited to those relating to license and permits, ordinances and regulations applicable to the exhibit.
Indemnification:Any damage to premises is the responsibility of the Exhibitor causing damage. Any restitution for such damage remains Exhibitor’s responsibility. Exhibitor will also be responsible the cleaning of their exhibit space. Exhibitor agrees to hold Totally Sound Entertainment, LLC, Alexander’s and any other sponsors of the show harmless of any liability, injury or damage to person or property that may arise out of the use of the premises by the Exhibitor pursuant to this agreement.
Exhibitor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Totally Sound Entertainment, LLC, Alexander’s and any other sponsors of the show against all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, debts, taxes, fees, charges, assessments and other claims which may be caused by, arise out of, or are in any way associated with or contributed to directly or indirectly, by any act, omission, negligence, fault, or violation of any law or regulation by the Exhibitor or any of the Exhibitor’s officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, volunteers, guest, or visitors including but not limited to the costs of investigating, processing, litigating, or settling any such claim and Totally Sound Entertainment, LLC, Alexander’s and any other sponsors of the show reasonable attorney fee.
Any matters not herein provided for shall be at the discretion of Totally Sound Entertainment, LLC. The laws of the State of Missouri shall govern this agreement. If any actions is brought with respect to this contract, it shall be brought in the courts of St. Francois County, State of Missouri.
