All submissions will be reviewed in the next Executive Board Meeting, which is usually held on the Monday the week prior to the School Board meeting. (The members of the Executive Board Meeting reserve the right to make changes to the meeting date as needed due to conflicts.) All submissions need to be submitted by 4:00, 8 days prior to the School Board meeting, for consideration for the next School Board Agenda.
Please note that not all topics are guaranteed to be added to the School Board Agenda, but the Executive Committee will ensure that all measures are put in place to resolve your issue.
