Dear Theatre Patron,

    LITTLE SHOP OF HORROR IS SOLD OUT!  WE HAVE OVER 50 PEOPLE ON THE WAIT LIST SO WE ARE CLOSING ONLINE TICKETING.


     Please use this form to reserve tickets and learn more about our covid protocols we require to keep patrons, actors, musicians and technicians safe.  Please read and acknowledge safety protocols outlined in this form when you make your reservation  

    NOTE: we cannot process your ticket reservation until you agree to the safety terms outline below. Please email michael_givler@ddsd40.org if you have any questions

We will reserve your tickets during the next box office shift and a volunteer will call you to confirm your ticket purchase.  If you have special needs, please make a note in the memo section below.

We accept all forms of payment--cash, check or credit card!!  We will hold tickets for two weeks.  
The box office is located at 1400 SE 130th between Stark and Division. Call us at 503-261-8270

The box office opens Monday November 1st!   RESERVE TICKETS NOW!!! ( We will begin filling ticket orders October 25th

It will be open M,W,F on school days from 3-530pm.

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Note :
Actors, and staff will remain masked during performances.  Actors will perform with clear masks (FDA APPROVED) and Musicians will play with bell covers--both reduce the aerosol spread of COVID 19 to safe levels.
ALL MEMBERS OF MY PARTY INCLUDING MYSELF agree to follow DDSD district covid safety protocols the entire time WE are in the Horner Performing Arts Center, including symptom screening, wearing a mask that covers my entire mouth and nose and socially distancing.  (Face shields and masks with valves aren't allowed). *
Contact Tracing (Required)
The information you provide in this form will be used to TRACK and SPACE where you are sitting.  In the case of a COVID 19 exposure, this information will allow us to inform you of an exposure.  

ALL PATRONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SPACE ONE SEAT AWAY FROM ANYONE WHO ISN'T IN THEIR HOUSEHOLD BUBBLE.  

YOU MUST TELL US IF YOU ARE MAKING RESERVATION FOR MORE THAN BUBBLE GROUP.  

WE WIll SPACE GROUPS ON THE SAME RESERVATION ONE SEAT (APPROX. 3 FT) AWAY FROM OTHER PARTIES IN THEIR GROUP.

PARTIES BUYING TICKETS TICKETS IN PERSON OR WHO CHANGE THEIR RESERVATION ON SHOW NIGHT WILL BE ASKED THE SAME INFO FOR CONTACT TRACING PURPOSES.

Limited Seating Capacity
The Horner Performing Arts Center will be filled to no more than 50% capacity to ensure safe air flow and adequate social distancing of Patrons.
