Share your support stories with IGeLU
We invite you to share your experience and stories with us. All IGeLU Product Working Groups are collecting customer stories focused on situations where you are convinced the case is a bug or deals with missing essential functionality but in Salesforce the case being classified as enhancement.
We are also interested in your opinion and experience with the 'Pending Work Plan' status that cases sometimes get assigned by Ex Libris.

IGeLU wants to help customers to deal with these situations in a way that prevents collisions or any other unpleasant contact between customers and Ex Libris support staff. However, IGeLU cannot represent or advocate for individual customer cases.

These customer stories will be used in our talks with Ex Libris to help improve the customer support experience.
