Code Weekend (Spring 2016)

The hugely popular Code Weekend is back! Interested in learning the basics of website design and code?Join us for a series of workshops that will guide you through the process of making a full web app!

We will be teaching you the basics of web development, starting with HTML/CSS and an understanding of how the web works. We will then proceed to make a full-fledged Webapp using NodeJS, MongoDB and some third-party APIs, to give you the tools to be able to build a complete app on your own! By the end you should be able to make an absolutely awesome chat client with a bunch of cool features. Take a look at what was covered last Code Weekend at

We're also bringing back our super popular Arduino Bootcamp, working with the Architechs!

Food will be provided! Sign up quickly, as spots are limited! Workshops 1-4 will be hosted in Towne 100, and the Arduino workshop will be hosted in Detkin lab, in the Moore Engineering building.
