Hello! My name is Emily and I am a hobby breeder of both mice and rats. I am also a senior software engineering student. For my senior project I am developing a desktop and web application to track ancestry and genetics of any species, but primarily focusing on what mouse and rat fanciers would be most interested in. If you are breeding other species please feel free to fill out the application!
The intention of this survey is to get a general overview of what people are looking for in an application like this to help me make meaningful design decisions that aren't just based on my preferences. I am also working to understand a bit more about each of you, my "target audience", along with getting a feel for the overall interest in the application.
