Please fill out this survey if you do not have sufficient Internet to support student learning and would like a hotspot for the students in your family. Requests received before August 16, 2023 will be ready for pickup before the first day of school. Any requests received after August 16, 2023 will be ready for pickup sometime after the first day of school.

In order to approve your request, you must have the 2023-24 Electronic Device Agreement and Insurance Form and 2023-24 Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Form signed for every SESD student residing in the household. These can be accessed via the Sapphire Community Portal or you may obtain a paper copy from the school office. If both forms are not signed for all students, your request will not be approved.
You will be contacted when your request has been approved with instructions on hotspot pickup. A parent/guardian must pick up the hotspot to sign required paperwork.
If you did not return your hotspot last year, the Portal forms must still be completed and a parent of guardian must visit the Admin Building to sign a form before the hotspot is activated.
