50th Anniversary Cooper Cookbook Entry STUDENT Submission Form
2020 marks the 50th Anniversary of Cooper Elementary School! A professional cookbook is going to be published with YOUR favorite recipes!
Be a part of history. We would love to include at least one recipe from each Cooper Jaguar (even if you are not interested in purchasing the book).
Please fill out the following form for each recipe. Up to 2 recipes per student will be accepted. You can also send a link or photo of the recipe to

You can also submit a few sentences of writing for the book. These will be published throughout the book.
