While the project is being done for quality improvement purposes, it is possible that we may learn something that should be looked at in more detail in a research project. It might be that we want to share the data from this study, or analyses based on this data, in an academic publication to inform our peers of what we have learned. We don’t know whether this will happen but if it does we will make sure that the information we share cannot identify you.
