RPM Fest 2024 Vendor/Artist Application

Want to set up shop or display your works at New England’s biggest heavy music and camping festival? RPM Fest is now accepting applications for our 2024 Vendor Market and Artist Alley.

Our open-air Vendor Market features upwards of 50 vendors and is centrally located on the festival site for maximum visibility. Items available in past years have included clothing, artwork, sculptures, jewelry and accessories, comics, musical instruments, hot sauce, CDs and records, and more.

Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, and chairs. All vendor spaces will have access to electric hookup for low-wattage devices such as mobile charging devices and LED lights only (no refrigerators, TVs, etc.) Vendors can begin setup 9 AM Thursday and must clear the site by 11 AM Monday. Vendors may set their own open/close hours and take breaks to enjoy the fest when needed, but we encourage vendors to be open during the music hours of the festival (5-10 Friday, 12-10 Saturday, 12-8 Sunday). All vendors will be allotted two Vendor Passes for their personnel, and two additional Vendor Passes may be purchased at a cost of 50% of the regular Weekend or Single Day ticket price.

2024 Vendor Market pricing:

  • Single day 10' x 10' space: $125 
  • Weekend 10' x 10' space: $250
  • Weekend 10' x 20' space: $400

Our Artist Alley, established in 2023, is located on the walking path between the two festival stages, and is reserved for artists who are actively creating, performing, or showcasing during the festival. Past features have included paintings, sculptures, murals, and fire displays. Space in the Artist Alley is FREE if you are not selling any goods, and $125 if you offer goods for sale. In some cases we may offer a stipend or in-kind sponsorship for artists with significant upfront costs for materials and supplies. Artist Alley spaces are a suggested 10' x 10', but we can adapt the space depending on the nature of your display.

We have a very limited number of slots available for Food Vendors.  Please submit the application below and if we are interested we will contact you to discuss details.

We will begin reviewing applications and confirming vendors and artists in March. Accepted vendors and artists will be notified by email, and your space will be reserved upon completion of the Confirmation Form and payment of your invoice.  Vendor and Artist spaces are limited and confirmations will be processed first come, first serve. Final deadline for Vendor Market and Artist Alley confirmations is Friday, August 16th, 2024.
