Manchester Museum - Courtyard project primary consultation
Manchester Museum, part of The University of Manchester, has received initial support from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) for its Courtyard Project. The project will transform the Museum with a major two-storey extension, a new main entrance, and much-improved visitor facilities inspired by a new ethos of a ‘museum for life.’ In addition to a new Temporary Exhibition space, a permanent South Asia Gallery will be created in a landmark partnership with the British Museum.

These new galleries will bring with them a wealth of new learning opportunities for our young visitors. In order to ensure that our programme offer is as engaging and useful to schools as possible, we would like your input to inform its development.
