BBMS Committee 2023
We are now recruiting organising committee members for the Building Bridges in Medical Sciences (BBMS) Society!

The society aims to bring together individuals from different research areas, career stages and fields to explore the translational and interdisciplinary approaches required to tackle current public health issues - from basic research to clinical medicine, healthcare policy and industry.

BBMS is also organizing a yearly one-day conference to be held around March 2023 (exact date TBC) in Cambridge, celebrating exciting and diverse fields involved in medical research.

University of Cambridge students and post-doctoral researchers from all fields with a passion for medical research are invited to apply below.

Getting involved with the organisation of BBMS 2023 is a fantastic opportunity to help shape discussion of interdisciplinary medical research, invite speakers you admire and build contacts with industry, as well as making a strong addition to your CV! Due to the commendable work of previous committees, the conferences have earned a reputation for their informative and engaging talks, cross-disciplinary debates, and a welcoming and interactive atmosphere.
