Jacksonville Youth Works, Inc. (JYWI) is now accepting applications for the IBSI Spring 2026 Youth Workforce Cohort.

JYWI serves opportunity youth ages 14–25 through paid workforce training, career readiness, and employment pathways in partnership with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations.

Some partner services may have additional eligibility requirements.
