Procedure
Drop off and Collections are typically done on Monday Mornings between 8am - 11am. (Please WhatsApp to confirm)
  1. Once this form is Submitted you will receive a copy via email.
  2. We will then respond via WhatsApp to arrange a Drop Off time.
  3. Once the Item has been Inspected you will receive a notification or call from us to discuss findings and options regarding the required repairs, maintenance or service, and an ETA. 
  4. We will now give you an Estimate and require your Approval to go ahead with the Job.
  5. Once we have completed the Job you will receive an Invoice.
  6. When your Payment has been made you may Collect your Item as arranged, or request a Time and Date for collection.
Terms & Conditions
  • Full Payment is required before collection. COD
  • All Items not paid for will be sold after 3 months to cover costs.
  • A storage fee will be charged (R50 per day) per Item that is not collected within a week of been repaired.
  • Items booked in with a repair cost amounting to over R600 will require Approval.
  • We do not Offer any Guarantee on repaired item after collection. Please make sure you are satisfied on the day you collect your repaired item.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
