RAMCon V3 Artist on Staff Application
Thank you for your interest in working for us! Please read the below information regarding your application:

Section A: Usage of Art
The "Artists on Staff" is a paid position in which you as the artist are commissioned to create a design for the event. Your artwork will be featured on merchandise for RAMCon V3, as well as possibly used for promotional material on other sites such as Twitter, the official website, and the server itself. Posts/usage of your artwork will come with credit, as well as the perks listed in Section B.

Section B: Benefits and Perks
Along with payment for your services, RAMCon offers the following additional benefits:
+20% Royalties on all Merchandise featuring your Artwork
+Feature as an Artist on Staff
+Free Premium Vendor Package, including a table, advertisement in the Vendor Hall walkabout, feature on the master list, and additional advertisement on the official Twitter
+Additional advertisement on the Website

Section C: Agreements
All applicants must be over the age of 18 in accordance with US law regarding hiring of contractors for official business purposes. Applicants will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement regarding the release of their artwork before the event. Applicants must be willing and able to communicate with staff (Fluff Dragon Art, Spirit Productions, Spring Heart) in a timely manner through the use of Discord, and must be easily reachable for any inquiries regarding their services. Hired Contractors who break any of our terms of service may be subject to removal from their position as an artist on staff as well as the convention as a whole.
