IAJ Case Catalog
IAJ is using the power of the EDMS system to direct our members to pleadings, motions, briefs, jury instructions, orders, rulings and verdicts/verdict forms so that when needed, our members can access templates. When it comes to written trial advocacy, we practice our profession in public and those documents end up in the public arena, not subject to copyright, work product or attorney-client privilege protections.
The IAJ Case Catalog will benefit other IAJ members by providing a roadmap to find relevant documents. If, for example, another IAJ member wants to find briefs associated with other UM/UIM cases, he/she can scroll through the IAJ Case Catalog to help retrieve examples of such briefs.
