Thanks so much for your interest in hosting performances for Roslindale Porch Fest 2021.

Our hosts are a huge part of what makes Porch Fest so successful and such a great community event.

Porch Fest hosts have a number of responsibilities including:
• Providing a porch (or other suitable space) for up to 6 hours on the day of Porch Fest for artists to perform.
• Being the main point of contact for your address.
• Communicating with your neighbors before and during the event.
• Making sure people respect neighbors property and that traffic is not affected.
• Communicating with bands/acts scheduled for your address in the run up to the event.

The Porch Fest committee may need to limit the number of acts or rearrange the time slots for acts at your address to accommodate other, nearby, registered addresses.

We really need volunteers to help distributing event literature and signs and to be “block captains” on the day of the event to troubleshoot potential volume conflicts, etc. We are also seeking additional porch fest committee members who would like to help organize. Thanks!
