This Layaway Agreement (the 'Agreement') is entered into between Layaway Philippines by Hannibal Dimalanta ('Company') and the name mention above ('Customer').

1. Scope – This Agreement covers the layaway purchase of products and/or services offered by the Company.

2. Payment Terms – Customer agrees to pay a minimum downpayment (equal to first month payment) of the total price, with the balance payable in equal weekly or monthly installments as agreed. No interest shall be charged. If the Buyer fails to pay any installment within [15 days] after the due date, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the Agreement.

3. Delivery/Service Fulfillment – The product/service will be released or performed only after full payment is received.

4. Cancellation – Customer may cancel anytime before final payment; however, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total purchase price may apply to cover administrative and marketing costs.

5. Refund Policy – If Customer cancels, any payments made (less applicable fees) will be refunded within 15-30 days.

6. Legal Compliance – This Agreement complies with Article 1484 of the Civil Code (Recto Law), RA 7394 (Consumer Act), and RA 11967 (Internet Transactions Act).

7. Confidentiality – Customer shall not disclose or misuse any business or pricing information provided by the Company.

8. You acknowledge and permit the Company   to communicate with you via Postal mail, Messenger, email, SMS, and phone calls for the purpose of sending messages, notifications, follow-ups, and reminders.

9. Breach Penalty – Breach of clauses 7 shall result in damages equal to the lost profit per transaction.
