Thank you for registering to be a chef at the Curry Cook Off on November 16, 2024 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm at the San Jose Buddhist Church Betsuin!
Here is some general information for contestants:
- Curry contestants will need to prepare 12-16 quarts of curry for the event.
- A $50 stipend will be given to each contestant to help subsidize the cost.
- All ingredients will need to be disclosed.
- Contestant may enter as an individual or group. However, only four (4) individuals are included in the registration and can participate in the curry tasting. Any individuals in your group thereafter will need to pay the $20/volunteer or $15/child entrance fee.
- Curry will be prepared at home prior to the event and will need to be at the SJ Buddhist Church Betsuin by 4:30 pm on November 16.
- Curry will be placed in warming trays provided by the event organizers.
Please submit your registration by October 25, 2024! A copy of this form will be emailed to you and will confirm that your registration was submitted! A committee member will be in touch by November 1, 2024 with additional details!
