Event Regulations - Please read the following and confirm below
- All teams are provided with a coach who is either an experienced coach or an experienced rower who has recently undertaken a coaching course.
- Each team can have up to 12 sessions. These will primarily be on-water sessions, however in the case of high winds / flooding there may be an occasional off-water session. We will do our best to reschedule if needed. The sessions will be up to 90min in length, including time getting on and off the water.
- All equipment is provided by Canterbury Rowing Club. Crews must follow the instructions of their coach and take reasonable care of plant and equipment.
- All crews must have a minimum of eight rowers, including at least two women.
- The coach will cox the boat unless you have an experienced coxswain.
- Unless otherwise agreed in advance, by entering this event all companies allow their names and photos of training/racing to be used for promotional material by Canterbury Rowing Club.
- We will issue an invoice once this form is completed.
- Entry is confirmed once this form has been fully completed and payment received by Friday 8 April
- The full entry cost is $1500+GST
- There are risks involved in rowing associated with equipment use, physical exertion and the outdoor environment. The first session will include a health and safety briefing. All participants need to attend a health and safety briefing before they can row on the water. Participants will be asked to confirm that their information provided is correct and that they understand the risks involved and understand the required health and safety measures.
