All participating athletes and volunteers must complete the following questionnaire by 7:00am on November 26, 2020.
The following COVID-19 guidelines must be adhered to when participating and/or attending a Fleet Feet St. Louis event. In addition, all Federal, State, and local laws that may be applicable must be followed. Fleet Feet reserves the right to change the guidelines when/if necessary. Failure to follow guidelines may result in expulsion from the event grounds.

All participants are responsible for monitoring their own personal and family health prior to, during, and after attending the event. Any participants found in violation of the current non-essential personal guidelines may be expelled from the event grounds. Please keep time spent on the event grounds to a minimum, in order to limit contact and exposure to yourself and other attendees. During registration, all participants initial that they agreed to the current COVID-19 event guidelines and a COVID-19 release form. Face coverings are required to be worn by all athletes, volunteers, spectators, and staff. Face covers are required during warm-up and cooldowns when social distancing is not possible or whenever appropriate. Face coverings must be worn at packet pick-up.
