7th annual Hudson Mad Hatters' Parade!
The seventh annual Mad Hatters' Parade is Saturday May 9, 2026!
Join us in this shared spectacle of the nonsensical! Hats and headdresses, body-extensions and puppets, and wearable assemblages in any form are welcome.
The Parade steps off from the Hudson Area Library at 3 PM and ends in a crafty sashay down the aisle at Basilica's Farm & Flea!

Wear my own piece of wearable art in the Parade! I'll join you in the lineup at 2:30 PM at the Hudson Area Library.
Volunteer to wear a ready-made costume, a headpiece, or carry a puppet in the Parade! I will meet you at 2pm at the Hudson Area Library.
Join the Parade with a small sound or musical ensemble! I will meet you at 2pm at the Hudson Area Library !
Be a marshal superhero! I will help stage and lineup the parade. Please email me with more info.

We will provide materials and mentoring for you to start, and you can finish your masterpiece at home.
Drop in and stay as long as you want.
