Vendor Interest Application: 4th of July Community Festival & Fireworks Show, Presented by Council District 9

The event is held on Thursday, July 4th from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM at Exposition Park South Lawn, and fireworks are displayed via the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

STANDARD BOOTH AMENITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Reserved booth space includes a 10x10 canopy with 3 walls, (1) 8 ft. table and 2 chairs. Additional tables/chairs can be provided for an additional fee with advance notice.
All booths must have signage stating their booth name and a representative at their booth throughout the duration of the event. Vendors must remain within the confines of their assigned booth space and may not solicit festival attendees through the festival grounds.
Participants are responsible for cleaning their area after the event.

ELECTRICAL NEEDS
Vendors are responsible for their own electricity needs including extension cords. All electrical needs will be reviewed and subject to approval by festival organizer. IF vendor is requesting electricity from festival organizer, there will be an additional fee per wattage need.

Applications are approved and assigned at the discretion of the festival organizer.
Registration deadline is June 7, 2019. After the deadline, applications will be accepted on a need basis.
