International Professional Programme – Homo Novus 2026

We are excited to share the event programme of this year’s International Festival of Contemporary Theatre, Homo Novus that will take place September 4–12, 2026, in Riga and regions.

During the time of the festival, we will also organize some dedicated times to get together with the team and the artists. Professionals are entitled to discount tickets and special access to professional events.

By submitting this application form, I confirm that I have been informed that:
  1. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to ensure the implementation of the international professionals’ programme of the festival "Homo Novus" 2026 (hereinafter – the Festival). The legal basis for the processing of my personal data is the Law on the Prevention of Squandering of the Financial Resources and Property of a Public Person and the legitimate interests of the association “New Theatre Institute of Latvia” (hereinafter – the Institute) in organizing the Festival, including registration for the Festival, communication with Festival participants and/or their legal representatives, carrying out organizational activities related to the Festival, and preparing reports on the Festival. For these purposes, the Institute will process the following personal data of Festival participants: first name, surname, and e-mail address.
  2. The controller responsible for the processing of my personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is the association “New Theatre Institute of Latvia”, address: Miera street 39–2, Riga, Latvia; telephone: +371 26186631.
  3. Recipients of the personal data are the personnel involved in the Festival (with full access to the data).
  4. The Institute will retain data related to the implementation of the Festival until 12 September 2036 (ten years after the final day of the Festival).
  5. I have the right to access my personal data, request its rectification or erasure if the data is no longer necessary for the organization of the Festival or is being processed unlawfully, and to request restriction of the processing of my personal data.
  6. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate regarding any potential violation of my personal data protection rights.
