Presented by the Savannah Sweet Tease Burlesque Revue, the Hostess City Hoedown is an annual celebration of the performing arts. This event will take place at Club One in the historic district of Savannah, Georgia and will highlight talent local to the Savannah area.
This event features local, regional, and international performers from across the entertainment industry. We welcome performers from all over the coastal empire, the low country, and beyond to the Hostess City for this three day celebration. For two years running, our event brings diversity to the forefront and a live entertainment experience that is unique to Savannah. Our goal is to shine a spotlight on burlesque, drag, cabaret, dance, and all other forms of the performing arts.
FOR GROUP ACTS: Each performer in every group act will earn one performer split per performer. Group numbers can not be more than 2-4 performers per act, please keep this in mind when submitting your concepts.
PAYOUT INFO: Pay will be a spilt of the door and split of all tips earned. If your concept is accepted you will be asked to provide your digital payment information along with your tech information.
PLEASE ALLOW US 10-15 business days after the event for you to receive payment from our presale and day of sale ticketing platform. All cash made at the show the night that you perform via cash tip split will be sent to you via your preferred method of digital payment. Cash and Digital tips will be split evenly between all of the invited performers from all three nights of the event. Digital tips will be sent to your digital payment information.MUTUAL EXPECTATIONS: As your producers we promise to promote this show on all Savannah Sweet Tease and Hostess City Hoedown social media platforms. As our performers we ask you do to the same on all of your social media platforms for your stage persona. Digital marketing images and information will be provided to you so that we can get the word out together. We do understand that not everyone is able to invite their Facebook friendslist to our events due to maintaining a professional integrity with your day time career. If you are capable of spreading the word about this event to help us broaden our visibility, we kindly appreciate your time and energy.

We are not accepting aerial acts that require ceiling rigging.
All performers attending the event must test COVID 19 negative and you may be asked to take a COVID 19 test at performer registration at the start of the event timing.
Performers accepted into the Hostess City Hoedown are required to sign a wavier and a code of conduct upon arrival at performer registration.
All act concepts submitted that do not have a video of the act itself, must submit a video of a description of the act that includes costume colors and concept, style of performance, the name of the song for the act and a video link to an example of your work on stage.
